The ever-popular SCAE Coffee Diploma System will offer more modules than ever before at World of Coffee, Nice 2013.

The Coffee Diploma System is held in high esteem by the coffee industry, providing practical training designed for coffee professionals everywhere. And with workshops presented by a team of experts you can be assured that we strive to achieve excellence throughout our training programme.

SCAE’s Coffee Diploma System currently offers courses in: Green Coffee, Sensory, Roasting, Grinding and Brewing, and Barista skills.  These are suitable for all baristas, green coffee importers, traders, coffee roasters and buyers and for everyone who wishes to expand their coffee knowledge and skills. A selection of courses will be available to book at SCAE World of Coffee, Nice 2013.

A new ‘foundation level’ will provide an introduction to new skills and specialisms such as: barista or roasting. These workshops will provide excellent preparation of the basic practical skills and knowledge required for the next level of training in the SCAE Coffee Diploma System.

Also new for Nice, are our business workshops: ‘Setting Up Your Own Business’ will help with planning the first steps in opening a café or roastery. This training can be complemented with SCAE’s barista or roasting workshops.
